First time visiting the zen den yesterday for bio sculpture nails with my daughter, we had the best time, such a beautiful place, lovely staff and nails are just perfect 😍

Had a lovely pamper afternoon with friends for my 60th with hot tub and facial, my only disappointment was there was not any soft drinks offered which was advertised and when asked we were only offered water .

I booked a bikini wax and completely forgot! I phoned Zen Den when I realised I’d missed the appointment and they fit me back in at the last minute which I was very grateful for. Theresa did the waxing- I can honestly say it’s the best wax I’ve ever had!! Thankyou so much! Very happy customer!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful massage treatment that I received for my birthday, and I'm so pleased with the entire experience. Even though it took me a little while to book it in, it was well worth the wait.From the moment I arrived, Lauren, my therapist, was fantastic. She met me at the entrance and guided me to what I can only describe as a cozy, warm treatment pod (it was lovely, with a small seating area!). After filling out a healthcare form, Lauren showed me to the treatment room and gave me a few moments to get ready. Her calm and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease. Soon after, my 30-minute head, neck, and back massage began.I truly can't rave enough about how comfortable I felt and how incredible the massage was. Lauren kept the pressure absolutely perfect, and I was so relaxed, I swear I could have drifted off to sleep. The whole experience was just so calming and wonderfully relaxing – I'm completely sold!What truly stood out was how looked after I felt; I wasn't just another client. There was no rush to leave, and Lauren was incredibly thorough. She reviewed my healthcare form with me beforehand and then clearly explained the aftercare once the treatment was finished and I was on my way out.Overall, it was a lovely, professional, and considerate experience from start to finish. I can't recommend it enough! I'm already looking forward to booking my next appointment.

I have just had my eyebrows waxed with Chrystal and it was such a lovely experience. She was so welcoming and friendly, relaxing atmosphere and my brows look great. Would 100% recommend.

I have suffered with rosacea for years and have tried a number of treatments that have failed to improve my skin. I had almost given up hope of finding a treatment that would actually work. Then I discovered Hayley. She is approachable, knowledgeable and straightforward and has given me treatments and a skin care routine that are nothing short of a miracle. In just 3 months, the rosacea is all but disappeared and my skin is strong and healthy. I can highly recommend the Zen Den.
